Role Overview

You will be the bridge between brands and execution, owning relationships, shaping campaign strategy, and ensuring seamless delivery across influencer marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for brand clients
• Decode brand goals and convert them into impactful influencer strategies
• Plan and manage campaigns end-to-end: timelines, budgets, and execution
• Collaborate with internal influencers and content teams to deliver campaigns
• Manage a team of influencer marketing executives/associates
• Present proposals, creator shortlists, and strategic recommendations to clients
• Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights
• Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business
• Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Build process & structure in place to deliver impactful campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or account management
• Proven experience in managing brand campaigns and client relationships
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of the influencer ecosystem and content landscape
