Role Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Manager who can manage relationships with artists, creators, influencers, and public personalities associated with Urban Aura. The role involves handling collaborations, communication, coordination, campaign requirements, event opportunities, and day-to-day relationship management.

The ideal candidate should understand influencers, creators, artists, social media trends, brand collaborations, and live events. They should be confident in communication, organized in execution, and capable of maintaining strong relationships with talent, brands, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, connect, and build relationships with influencers, creators, artists, and digital personalities.
• Manage day-to-day communication with creators, artists, influencers, and their management teams.
• Coordinate influencer and creator participation for events, campaigns, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
• Support the planning and execution of creator-led campaigns, artist collaborations, event promotions, and digital marketing activities.
• Analyze creator profiles, audience demographics, content styles, and brand suitability for collaborations.
• Coordinate with brands, internal teams, and creators to ensure smooth execution of campaign deliverables.
• Track campaign timelines, approvals, event participation, and creator deliverables efficiently.
• Assist in developing creative collaboration ideas aligned with events, artists, creators, and audience interests.
• Maintain organized records of creator databases, campaign status, conversations, and performance updates.
• Stay updated with social media trends, influencer campaigns, entertainment industry updates, and youth culture trends.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, influencers, artists, agencies, and talent representatives.
