Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Manager role based in Gurugram for professionals with approximately 2–4 years of experience. The Influencer Marketing Manager will identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and content creators across relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with client brand objectives and campaign goals. The role includes planning and executing end-to-end influencer campaigns, managing timelines, budgets, contracts, and deliverables, and coordinating with internal teams such as creative, social media, and account management. The individual will track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities also include relationship management with influencers and agencies, staying updated on trends, and proactively recommending new formats, platforms, and partnership opportunities.
