Job Title: Influencer Marketing & Operations Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — from creator sourcing and negotiation to execution, performance tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will combine marketing creativity with strong operational discipline to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across social platforms

• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets aligned with campaign goals

• Develop creative briefs and ensure content aligns with brand tone and guidelines

• Track deliverables, approvals, and performance metrics throughout campaigns

• Maintain and update influencer databases, campaign trackers, and performance reports

• Coordinate with creative, finance, and media teams for smooth and timely execution

• Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management — OR — fresh graduates from marketing, mass communication, or media backgrounds are welcome to apply

• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing tools

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign tracking systems

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of influencer partnerships activated

• Campaign reach, engagement, and sentiment

• ROI and timely campaign execution
