Position: IT/ Admin
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled IT / Admin to manage and maintain our
organization’s IT infrastructure and support systems.
Roles & ResponsibilitiesÂ
* Troubleshoot and resolve Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues
* Diagnose and repair computer hardware and software problems
* Resolve printer installation, configuration, and operational issues
* Handle hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
* Manage and monitor CCTV systems and access controls
* Coordinate and oversee air conditioning (AC) systems and related support requirements
* Manage data storage, backup, and retrieval processes
* Resolve issues related to document scanning and scanning devices
* Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations
* Maintain IT assets and equipment records
* Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and technical support when required
Required Skills
* Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems
* Experience with CCTV systems and access management
* Understanding of data storage and backup procedures
* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
