Information Technology Executive Full Time

The IT Executive will be responsible for managing and supporting IT operations at the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring system reliability, maintaining regulatory compliance, supporting ERP systems, and enabling efficient digital workflows across production and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure Management

• Maintain and monitor network systems (LAN/WAN), servers, and hardware infrastructure
• Ensure system uptime across manufacturing and office environments
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems

ERP and Software Support

• Provide operational support for ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Pharma ERP)
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external vendors
• Ensure smooth functioning of modules related to inventory, production, and finance

Compliance and Data Integrity

• Support IT compliance aligned with WHO-GMP, FDA, and 21 CFR Part 11
• Maintain data integrity and proper documentation practices
• Assist during audits, inspections, and validation activities

Cybersecurity and Data Backup

• Implement and monitor IT security protocols and access controls
• Manage data backup systems and disaster recovery processes
• Ensure protection against unauthorized access and data breaches

User Support

• Provide technical support to departments including Production, QA, QC, and Accounts
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Conduct basic training sessions for users

Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers
• Manage AMC contracts and ensure timely maintenance

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations
• Working knowledge of:
• Networking (LAN/WAN)
• Windows / Linux systems
• ERP software
• Hardware troubleshooting

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and audit requirements
• Exposure to LIMS or QMS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
