Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information Technology Technical Support role based in Bengaluru. The IT Technical Support professional will provide first-level and second-level support for hardware, software, networks, and internal tools, responding to user queries via email, ticketing systems, phone, and in person. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring devices and applications, managing user accounts and access rights, and maintaining documentation of incidents and resolutions. The role will also involve coordinating with vendors and internal teams for escalations, monitoring system performance, applying basic security practices, and supporting technology used in training sessions, workshops, and other educational activities. The successful candidate will contribute to continuous improvement of IT processes and ensure a smooth, reliable technology experience for all team members and learners.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Information Technology and Technical Support, with experience supporting desktops, laptops, networks, and common business applications.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware, software, and connectivity issues, including root-cause analysis and timely resolution.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users and provide empathetic, service-oriented support.
• Basic Project Management abilities to prioritize tasks, coordinate small IT initiatives, and follow through on implementation and documentation.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux), basic networking concepts, and standard productivity and collaboration tools.
• Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-evolving ed-tech environment.
• Interest in the education or ed-tech sector and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies as the platform evolves.
