Responsibiliti

• esAnalyze incidents, problem, and service ticket data across infrastructure and network operatio
• nsBuild dashboards and reporting for operational metrics, outages, trends, recurring incidents, and SLA performan
• ceIdentify patterns, recurring failures, and opportunities for operational improveme
• ntCorrelate network, server, SD-WAN, and circuit issues with ticketing and monitoring da
• taWork with NOC teams to develop meaningful operational KPIs and reporti
• ngProvide executive and operational summaries for infrastructure performan
• ceCreate reports on bandwidth utilization, circuit stability, ticket volume, outage trends, and vendor performan
• ceAssist with root cause analysis reporting and operational revie
• wsWork with multiple data sources including ticketing systems, monitoring platforms, spreadsheets, and vendor repor
• tsHelp standardize operational reporting across tea
