Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including network, server, cloud, security, and vendors.

Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.

Lead project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security guidelines.

Manage change requests and ensure proper change management processes.

Oversee infrastructure deployments including servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud platforms.

Ensure smooth transition to operations and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and project management.

Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies:

Windows/Linux servers

Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls)

Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management frameworks.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
