Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure / System Administrator with strong expertise in managing Networks, Servers, Unix/Linux, Windows environments, Active Directory, Databases, and Cloud infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Administer Windows and Unix/Linux servers, ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
• Handle Active Directory (AD) management including user creation, group policies, permissions, and access controls.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server and Linux/Unix operating systems.
• Monitor server performance, storage, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
• Manage and support database servers (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL).
• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Perform system patching, upgrades, vulnerability management, and security compliance.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues related to servers, networking, database, and cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and migrations.
• Ensure backup, recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall).
• Hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration.
• Good experience in Unix/Linux administration.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP.
• Knowledge of Database Administration basics (SQL, backup, restore, performance monitoring).
• Experience with Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Virtualization knowledge (VMware / Hyper-V) preferred.
• Scripting knowledge (Shell, PowerShell) is an added advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering.
• Certifications like AWS, Azure, CCNA, RHCE, MCSE are a plus.
