Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Varanasi with the flexibility for some remote work. As an Inter Sales Executive, you will actively engage with potential and existing clients to promote HotelNXT’s services and solutions. Key responsibilities include identifying prospects, conducting product presentations, handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and provide support when needed to address customer queries. Your role will contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding the company’s customer base.

Qualifications

• Sales and relationship management skills, including lead generation, outreach, and client retention expertise
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience in hospitality or SaaS industry sales is a plus
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide client-focused solutions
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Result-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
