Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional AutoCAD knowledge and drafting skills.
- Develop detailed CAD drawings and elevations.
- Apply knowledge of interior elements and building structures.
- Formulate designs that are practical, aesthetic, and aligned with intended purposes.
- Be proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Design corporate and residential layouts effectively.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Conduct site visits and take accurate site measurements.
- Ensure the quality of designs and manage project timelines.
- Draft layouts with extreme attention to detail.
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills.
