Key Responsibilities Conceptualization: Develop design concepts, mood boards, and 2D/3D visualizations that align with client requirements and brand identity.
Space Planning: Create optimized floor plans and furniture layouts that maximize functionality and traffic flow.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed “Good for Construction” (GFC) drawings, including electrical, plumbing, ceiling, and flooring layouts.
Material Sourcing (FF&E): Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment, and finishes (fabrics, paints, flooring) while staying within budget.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity is maintained during execution.
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and resolve any design challenges that arise during construction.
