Role Description

We are looking for a Sales Fresher for a full-time on-site role located in Noida. The individual will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and initiating conversations to drive sales growth. Key tasks include handling client inquiries, supporting the sales process, and contributing to the development of sales strategies. The role will require proactive communication, collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining a database of sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Confident on calls and WhatsApp chats
• Identify and generate potential leads through online research and networking.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Assist in scheduling meetings and sales presentations with prospective clients.
• Maintain and update lead databases, CRM records, and sales reports.
• Follow up with potential clients and nurture relationships.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documents.
• Assist in achieving monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to convert leads into business opportunities.
