👩‍💻The role

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruiting activities. This is a hands-on role where you will work across multiple parts of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, coordination, and reporting. You will also spend time identifying ways to improve how we hire by exploring tools, especially AI-led workflows and automations.

💝What skills & experience do you need?

• 0-1 year of experience with any startup (preferred)
• High ownership. You take initiative and follow through without needing constant direction
• Strong communication skills. Clear, professional, and responsive with both candidates and internal teams
• Comfort with data. Able to work with spreadsheets, track pipelines, and support reporting
• Curiosity about tools and AI. You are interested in exploring ways to make work more efficient
• Adaptability. Comfortable working across different roles, priorities, and problem statements
