Intern (work from office) Full Time

Fidelis Healthcare also offers hygiene solutions such as sanitizers and touch-free hand sanitizer dispensers to support public health and safety. In addition, the organization provides a wide range of rehabilitation products including wheelchairs, commode chairs, crutches, bed rest aids, and blind sticks, serving diverse patient needs across the country.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Faridabad. The intern will support day-to-day office operations, including basic administrative tasks, document handling, data entry, and coordination with different departments.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Foundational Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to handle documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
• Basic Customer Service abilities to respond to inquiries, provide information, and support a positive experience for visitors and callers.
• Introductory Accounting or numerical skills to assist with simple records, bills, and data entry under supervision.
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a structured manner.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office, email tools) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Business Administration, Commerce, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a professional office environment.
