DermaVue is a physician-owned dermatology and aesthetic network with 7 clinics across Kerala and Tamil Nadu, scaling to 30+ locations. We are building a physician-supervised metabolic health, longevity, and preventive medicine platform the SuperHuman Program.
We are looking for an Internal Medicine specialist or Endocrinologist to lead this program as on-ground Medical Director. This is a clinical leadership role for a physician who wants to build something from the ground up
What is the SuperHuman Program?
A structured, evidence-based program combining medical weight management with long-term metabolic optimization. We use GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy alongside nutrition architecture, resistance training guidance, body composition monitoring, and skin health management. The goal: help patients lose fat, preserve muscle, improve metabolic markers, and sustain results.
What You Will Do
- Lead patient evaluations: medical history, lab interpretation (HbA1c, HOMA-IR, lipids, LFT, thyroid, vitamins), body composition analysis, medication selection and titration
- Manage complex metabolic cases: diabetes, PCOD, fatty liver, post-bariatric patients, autoimmune conditions
- Oversee dietitians, health coaches, and clinic staff across three locations
- Conduct telemedicine consultations for remote and NRI patients
- Develop the longevity vertical: CGM-based optimization, advanced biomarkers, supplementation protocols
- Train new clinicians as the program scales nationally
Who Should Apply
- MD Internal Medicine or MD/DM Endocrinology
- Valid Medical Council registration
- 2+ years post-MD clinical experience
- Interest in metabolic health, obesity medicine, or longevity medicine
- Comfortable with evidence-based prescribing and lab-driven decisions
- Willing to rotate between Cochin, Thiruvalla, and Kottayam
