Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Telecaller role based in Lucknow. The Sales Telecaller will make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads, explain FlairUP’s digital marketing services, and convert qualified prospects into sales opportunities. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting suitable service packages, handling objections, and maintaining a high volume of daily calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to generate leads
• Present and explain FlairUP’s digital marketing services to potential customers
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate service packages
• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities
• Handle objections effectively and maintain a persuasive communication approach
• Maintain a high volume of daily calls as per targets
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication for conversions
• Record and update call details accurately in CRM and other tracking tools
• Maintain professional and positive customer interactions at all times
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
