We are now expanding globally and looking for a highly driven International Client Growth Strategist who understands modern digital marketing, client communication, sales psychology, and business growth.

This is not a traditional “employee role.”

We want someone who thinks like a builder, strategist, and growth partner.

Role Overview

You will work directly with international clients, founders, and businesses to:

• Manage client communication
• Understand business goals deeply
• Build growth strategies
• Coordinate with internal creative/performance teams
• Improve client retention
• Support lead generation initiatives
• Help scale Digital Synergie globally

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Client Strategy & Communication

• Conduct onboarding and discovery calls
• Understand client business models and growth goals
• Present strategies clearly and professionally
• Maintain strong client relationships

Digital Marketing Coordination

• Coordinate Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media campaigns
• Work with creative and performance teams
• Ensure campaign execution quality

Growth & Lead Generation

• Identify new international business opportunities
• Help improve outbound and inbound systems
• Assist with proposal creation and sales presentations

Reporting & Performance

• Analyze campaign performance
• Share insights and optimization recommendations
• Maintain clear communication with clients
