Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Contractor with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our international customers, demonstrating a high degree of ownership and a drive for product-led experience.
Responsibilities:
– Work in a 24×7 international customer service process environment, handling customer complaints and queries in a rotational shift pattern, five days a week.
– Utilize strong command of the English language to clearly articulate solutions and empathetically engage with customers.
– Develop an expert, dynamic understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively address customer concerns.
– Quickly resolve product or service issues by investigating customer complaints, determining the root cause of the problem, following standard operating procedures, and providing the best solution to the problem.
– Demonstrate a high degree of ownership and ensure customer satisfaction.
– Engage customers across multiple mediums, including chat, phone, and offline communication.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or higher.
– 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
– Ability to work with minimal supervision.

– Willingness to work from our office in Bangalore location.
