Job : Customer Support Voice

Location: Gurgaon

Shift: Rotational shift and night shift

Week Off: 2 Days rotational Week Off

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
• Identify customers‘ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
• Find opportunities to upsell products when they arise.

Requirements

Candidate should have:

• Good Communication skills
• Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
• Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
• Flexible to work in shifts.
• Excellent English – both verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good technical knowledge

Qualification:

Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate

Any Undergraduate/Graduate/PG Candidate with Minimum 1 yr experience in Customer service mandatory.
Fresher & B.Tech Candidates not eligible
