Internship: Google & Meta Ads Lead Generation in Performance Marketing Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site internship role based in Mumbai for a Google & Meta Ads Lead Generation Intern in the Performance Marketing team. The intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to generate high-quality leads for the school and college programs. Daily tasks include assisting with keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and basic creative briefing, as well as monitoring campaign performance, tracking budgets, and preparing simple performance reports. The intern will help set up and manage lead forms, landing pages, and tracking links, and coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads. The role also involves staying updated on performance marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices, and suggesting data-driven improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge or strong interest in performance marketing, with exposure to Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising for lead generation.
• Comfort with basic analytics and reporting, including working with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager dashboards, spreadsheets, and simple performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions).
• Ability to contribute to clear, engaging ad copy and landing page content, with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Good research and problem-solving skills to understand target audiences, education sector trends, and competitor campaigns.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability in meeting deadlines, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools or lead management processes is an advantage; prior internship experience in digital marketing or education is a plus.
