Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Develop and maintain system and application documentation, including user guides and training materials, to support effective user adoption and usage
• Support test management activities by designing, preparing, and executing test cases to ensure system quality and reliability
• Analyze data and system issues, and prepare structured reports to support decision-making and problem resolution
• Perform data cleansing and validation tasks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
• Assist in developing and enhancing automation scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort in operational tasks

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields
• Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
• Basic knowledge of IT concepts, including cloud computing, data migration, and system configuration
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
