About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support the Corporate Partnerships & Careers team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to industry engagement, stakeholder coordination, data management, and communication activities in a dynamic professional environment.

The role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are keen to gain practical experience in corporate relations, career services, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize partnership and recruitment databases using Microsoft Excel
• Support data tracking, reporting, and basic analysis for ongoing initiatives
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communication material
• Create simple creatives, posters, and communication assets using Canva
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for meetings and follow-ups
• Support employer outreach, event coordination, and engagement activities
• Ensure timely documentation and accurate record management
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Corporate Partnerships & Careers team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate student or recent graduate from any discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data handling, and basic analysis)
• Working knowledge of Canva for basic design and communication material
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of professional conduct and workplace expectations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines
