Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to manage the daily flow of materials in our furniture manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Tracking: Maintain an accurate digital record of all “In-ward” and “Out-ward” movements of materials.
Daily Log Management: Record daily consumption of raw materials used on the production floor.
Software Entry: Perform regular data entry in Tally and maintain detailed Excel sheets for stock taking.
Documentation: Manage Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), delivery challans, and purchase invoices.
Stock Verification: Conduct weekly physical stock counts to identify and report any discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
Reporting: Update the management on low-stock levels for critical furniture components to ensure production never stops.
Technical Skills Required
- Tally
- Advanced Excel
- Data Accuracy
Experience: Minimum 1-2 year of experience in a store-keeping or data entry role, preferably within a manufacturing or factory environment.
Education: Graduate or Diploma holder.
Local Preference: Candidates residing in or near Manesar/Gurugram are preferred for easy commuting.
Attributes: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
