Hundreds of properties, real-time pricing and availability, and a lowest price guarantee. None of that works without clean, accurate inventory, and that is exactly what this role owns.
About the Role
You will manage the backend of our website: the properties, rooms, prices and availability that students see and book every day. Every listing you keep accurate is a student who books with confidence. This is a detail-heavy, data-heavy role for someone who genuinely enjoys keeping things organised and correct.
What You’ll Do
• Manage and update property listings on the website backend: rooms, pricing, availability, amenities and photos
• Add new properties and suppliers to the platform with complete, accurate information
• Maintain inventory trackers and reports in Excel and Google Sheets
• Run regular audits to catch errors, outdated prices and missing details before students do
• Coordinate with supply, sales and tech teams to keep listings in sync
• Flag patterns and suggest process improvements as the inventory scales
What We’re Looking For
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets: formulas, lookups, sorting and cleaning data
• Strong attention to detail, small errors bother you (in a good way)
• Comfort working with website backends, CMS tools or admin panels (we will train you on ours)
• An organised, process-driven way of working
• Good communication skills for coordinating across teams
