About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory operations across multiple warehouses and ensure accurate stock management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling high-volume inventory (lakhs of units), inventory planning, stock reconciliation, warehouse coordination, and ERP-based inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end inventory operations across multiple warehouses and storage locations.
• Monitor stock levels, inventory movement, and replenishment planning.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Handle large-volume inventory and maintain optimum stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams for seamless inventory flow.
• Track inventory aging, slow-moving, and non-moving stock.
• Ensure accurate inward, outward, and transfer entries in ERP systems.
• Analyze inventory data and prepare MIS reports for management.
• Implement inventory control processes to reduce shrinkage and stock discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse space utilization and improve inventory efficiency.
• Lead and supervise warehouse and inventory teams.

Required Skills And Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Inventory Management.
• Experience managing multiple warehouses and high-volume inventory operations.
• Proven experience handling inventory volumes in lakhs of units/SKUs.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock audits, and warehouse operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, Excel, and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination and team management abilities.
• Experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, Manufacturing, or Retail industries preferred.
