Role Description

The Inventory Specialist will oversee the management of inventory and stock records, ensuring accurate tracking of book inventories across Westland Books’ supply chain. Key responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, conducting regular physical inventory counts, managing inventory control processes, and addressing inventory discrepancies. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely stock replenishment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physical Inventory and Inventory Control processes
• Strong skills in Inventory Management and maintaining accurate records
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders
• Attention to detail, strong organizational ability, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse operations is preferred
• Proficiency with inventory management software is a plus
