We are Beta Trading Company — a finance-first organisation based out of Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. We are building a paid equity newsletter that goes beyond stock tips. It is about how to think, what to know, and how to act smart in the markets.

The Role
We are not looking for a conventional journalist. We are looking for one who is done chasing stories for someone else — and is ready to build something of their own.
Your investigative instincts, your ability to dig deep, synthesise fast, and write with precision — we want all of that. But applied here, to finance content that actually moves people.
This is a senior, multi-dimensional role. You will not just write. You will lead.
What You Will Do
· Own content creation across our newsletter verticals — sharp, well-researched, opinionated. Develop and evolve content ideas — you will have real creative authority · Source, onboard, and manage external writers and contributors · Lead digital and physical marketing for the newsletter vertical · Serve as Admin Head of the entire newsletter division · Work directly with the CEO — no red tape, no layers.
Who You Are
· A creative thinker first — curiosity and originality are non-negotiable · A journalist with a background in investigative or long-form work · Someone who writes excellent English and communicates with clarity and conviction · Financially curious — you do not need to be a trader, but you should vibe with markets · Hungry for ownership, not just a byline · Discreet, dependable, and comfortable operating in a lean, high-trust environment · Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
