Job Summary
We are URGENTLY HIRING for a proactive and technically skilled IT Admin Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user support within a fast-paced BPO environment. The candidate will be responsible for hardware/software troubleshooting, network support, system maintenance, user management, and ensuring smooth IT operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to employees for desktops, laptops, printers, internet, and software-related issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and applications.
* Manage user accounts, email IDs, passwords, and access permissions.
* Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi/network connectivity across the office.
* Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, AMC, and system upgrades.
* Ensure proper functioning of biometric devices, CCTV systems, IP phones, and attendance systems.
* Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
* Perform regular system backups and ensure data security compliance.
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues with minimal downtime.
* Support onboarding and offboarding activities including system allocation and access setup.
* Maintain antivirus, firewall, and security updates on all systems.
* Assist in server maintenance and basic cloud/application support.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies and cybersecurity practices.
* Provide support during audits and operational requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in IT Administration or Desktop Support, preferably in BPO/ITES industry.
* Good knowledge of Windows OS, networking concepts, routers, switches, and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with Office 365, Google Workspace, VPN, and remote support tools.
* Basic understanding of server management and cybersecurity practices.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.

Preferred Skills
* Experience handling IT support for 100+ users.
* Knowledge of attendance systems, CCTV, and IP telephony.
* Certification such as CCNA, Hardware & Networking, or Microsoft certification is an added advantage.
