IT – Administrator Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Providing IT support to end Users / Visitors / Clients as and when required.

• Installation of OS and approved applications on local systems / Servers.

• Providing support for Mobile security and co-ordinate with Corp IT team for the configuration.

• Maintain and update of local IT infrastructure inventory.

• Perform GxP systems backups, review, health checks on local server / GxP Systems.

• Vendor co-ordination for troubleshooting of GxP or Non GxP systems.

• Attend / updating and closing IT tickets in application software.

• Co-ordinate & support Corp IT and other site-IT teams on need basis.

• Supporting to CSV activities like documentation, execution and review of qualification documents.

• Supporting to QMS and IT compliance activities like change control, CAPA, Deviation and Investigation report.

• Maintaining Data centre activities such as ensuring temperature recording, humidity, pest control, man movements and safety related activities.

• User management or Password Management such as user creation in empower server and other applications / servers.

• Maintaining all analytical systems backups, restorations, and logs accordingly.

• Performing the time synchronization for all GxP / Non GxP systems.

• Coordinating and following up with vendor for Hardware and Application server relates issues.

• Coordinating with new IT projects or on-going IT projects.

• Follow all IT related SOPs and attending all trainings as per the LMS schedule.

• Handling of Aveva 2020, Vijeo-citect and other SCADA Systems, network and HMIs etc.

• Handling of FLP Tabs and FLP Analog phones.

• Responsible for Unit-04, IT activities along-with GxP and non-GxP computer system and documentations accordingly.

• Maintain local video conference facility.

• EHS Compliance applicable to the department.

• Performing activities assigned by seniors.
