IT Administrator – Network, CCTV Full Time

SSOSP Polytechnic is a government-approved engineering diploma college (AICTE/DTE/MSBTE affiliated) located in Nagothane, Raigad. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Administrator to independently manage all campus IT systems.

This is a single-person IT in-charge role. You will be responsible for everything from the college network and servers to student portal management and CCTV systems.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and maintain campus LAN/Wi-Fi network, switches, and routers
• Operate and troubleshoot Windows Server and college ERP/MIS software
• Handle MSBTE student portal, DTE Maharashtra portal, and exam-related data uploads
• Maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and biometric attendance machines
• Provide day-to-day hardware and software support to staff and computer labs
• Manage college website backend, domain, and institutional email accounts
• Maintain IT asset register and coordinate with external AMC vendors
• Ensure data backup, system security, and uninterrupted portal access
• Support during MSBTE/AICTE inspections and affiliation audits

Who We Are Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Electronics
• Minimum 1–4 years of experience in IT administration or network management
• Must know: LAN/WAN setup, Windows Server, CCTV/DVR systems, biometric devices, hardware troubleshooting
• Experience with MSBTE, DTE, or any government education portal is a strong plus
• Must be comfortable working independently without a team
• Candidates from Nagothane, Roha, Mangaon, Alibag, Khopoli, or Panvel belt strongly preferred
• Fresher diploma holders with strong practical skills may also apply
