Store Incharge / IT Inventory Executive – Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge – IT Inventory to manage inventory operations for laptops, desktops, MacBooks, monitors, accessories, and other IT rental assets. The candidate will handle stock management, inward/outward movement, dispatch coordination, faulty/repaired stock tracking, reporting, and overall store discipline.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records of all IT assets serial-number-wise.
• Track asset status:
• Ready to Rent
• Dispatched
• Returned
• Under Testing
• Faulty / Repair
• Ensure physical stock matches system records.

Inward / Outward Operations

• Manage inward, outward, dispatch, and return movements.
• Maintain challans, stock transfer records, and asset handover logs.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely dispatch and pickups.

Faulty & Repaired Stock

• Track returned, faulty, and repaired devices.
• Coordinate with technical team for testing, repair, and device readiness.
• Ensure repaired stock is updated properly before reuse.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain records in Excel / ERP / CRM systems.
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports.
• Report stock mismatches, shortages, or pending items on time.

Store Management

• Ensure proper tagging, storage, cleanliness, and safety of inventory.
• Maintain organized rack-wise and category-wise stock arrangement.

Required Skills

• Experience in inventory/store management
• Good Excel and reporting skills
• Knowledge of IT hardware assets and accessories
• Understanding of stock reconciliation and asset tracking
• Tally / ERP / CRM knowledge is an advantage

Preferred Background

Candidates from IT rental companies, computer hardware distributors, service centers, refurbished IT businesses, or electronics inventory environments will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• IT hardware inventory experience preferred

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
(Based on experience, inventory handling skills, and reporting capability)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Chandigarh): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
