Role Description

We are hiring an IT Business Development Executive (BDE) for a full-time, on-site role located in Indore. The IT BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role involves market research, generating leads, presenting our digital solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and understanding of Information Technology fundamentals
• Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues through effective Troubleshooting and application of Network Security measures
• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to understand technical concepts and articulate them to potential clients
• Knowledge of digital solutions or experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred
