We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated IT Computer Graduates (Freshers) who are interested in building their career in IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

IT Recruiter / Associate Recruiter – Freshers

Shift ;- Night Shift

Location: Amritsar , Punjab only

Experience: Freshers

Qualification:

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc IT / MBA HR / Any Graduate
• 2024 / 2025 / 2026 pass-outs can apply

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and roles
• Knowledge of MS Office, LinkedIn, Naukri, and internet search
• Strong learning attitude and confidence
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, and databases
• Screen resumes according to client requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening and interview scheduling
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
• Learn different IT technologies and recruitment processes
• Work on permanent and contract IT requirements
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining

Preferred:

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Basic knowledge of US IT Recruitment
