Full job description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Coordinator to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have a BSc or BE in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, and be capable of handling both hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network systems
- Manage hospital software (HIS/EMR systems)
- Provide technical support to staff
- Install and configure hardware and software
- Ensure data security, backups, and system updates
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required
- Monitor network performance and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- BSc / BE in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hospital management systems (HIS)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity basics
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
