IT Coordinator (BSc / BE) Full Time

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Coordinator to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have a BSc or BE in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, and be capable of handling both hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, and network systems
• Manage hospital software (HIS/EMR systems)
• Provide technical support to staff
• Install and configure hardware and software
• Ensure data security, backups, and system updates
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when required
• Monitor network performance and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications

• BSc / BE in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
• Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hospital management systems (HIS)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity basics
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
