Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate IT-related activities and projects across teams.
* Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
* Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
* Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting.
* Assist in software implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
* Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations.
* Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.
* Coordinate with developers, vendors, and external partners when required.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
* Moderate knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, .NET, PHP, or similar.
* Strong communication and client-handling skills.
* Experience coordinating with banking, finance, or enterprise clients is an added advantage.
* Good understanding of software development processes and IT infrastructure.
* Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of databases and SQL.
* Familiarity with APIs, software testing, and system integrations.
* Experience with project coordination tools and documentation.
* Understanding of banking or financial technology environments.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
