IT & EdTech Executive Full Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile, forward-thinking IT & EdTech Executive to oversee our school’s technology infrastructure and lead our digital transformation. In this role, you will balance traditional systems administration (hardware, networking, and software maintenance) with cutting-edge tech deployment, including AI integration, custom app management, and cloud-based educational ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Website & App Management: Oversee the end-to-end creation, hosting, optimization, and daily management of the school’s official website and mobile applications.
• Google Admin Console: Management of Chrome OS Devices in the campus, their protection, limitations and other related aspects.
• ERP Administration: Manage and maintain the school’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, ensuring seamless data flow, communication, and utility for staff, students, and parents.

Next-Gen Tech & AI Integration

• AI Implementation: Drive the building, training, and strategic usage of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance both administrative efficiency and classroom learning.

Infrastructure & Networking

• Network Administration: Set up, secure, and troubleshoot school-wide networks, including Local Area Networks (LAN), Wi-Fi coverage, and IP Security Camera systems.
• Hardware & Lab Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep, software updates, and hardware maintenance of the Computer Labs to ensure a zero-downtime learning environment.

Educational Software & Administration

• Google for Education Workspace: Act as the primary administrator for the Google Workspace Console, managing user accounts, access permissions, and optimizing software skills across the campus.
• General IT Support: Handle miscellaneous school computer management, troubleshooting, and IT support as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
