It Executive/ Engineer Full Time

Job Title IT Executive Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, hardware, software, and user support operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain security standards, and support employees with day-to-day IT requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, servers, and IT infrastructure. Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network issues. Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment. Monitor system performance and ensure network security and data protection. Handle software installations, updates, backups, and antivirus management. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintenance, and AMC services. Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation. Support ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, and business applications as required. Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and user issues. Assist in implementing IT policies, cybersecurity practices, and compliance standards. Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password policies. Support office connectivity including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet services. Required Skills & Qualifications Educational Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Technical Skills Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems. Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or cloud tools. Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and system administration. Basic cybersecurity and backup management knowledge. Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools is preferred. Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Customer-service oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
