Job Summary:
Responsible for managing IT support, system maintenance, and ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and devices
- Troubleshoot network, printer, and connectivity problems
- Manage system updates, backups, and security
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
- Knowledge of MS Office and operating systems
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Science
- 1–4 years experience in IT support
Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
