Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Executive to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth system operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain systems and applications
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues promptly
- Manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure data security
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support (Freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and basic security practices
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
