Job Profile: IT Executive ( Night )

Responsbilities

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, and ensure the smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, phones, and software applications
• Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
• Record and document technical issues, resolutions, and system updates
• Maintain IT asset inventories and equipment records
• Assist in system upgrades, software installations, and security updates
• Support network troubleshooting and connectivity issues
• Ensure regular backups and system maintenance activities
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software requirements when needed

Required Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with network protocols and hardware components
• Understanding of software installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Ability to document technical processes and maintain accurate records
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualification

• B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant experience in IT Support, System Administration, or Technical Support preferred
