Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT & Infra intern to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, including hardware and software setup, basic network troubleshooting, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and maintaining office IT infrastructure, including laptops, desktops, printers, and network devices.
• Manage hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting for laptops and workstations.
• Configure and manage Windows systems and basic Active Directory functions (user account creation, password resets, etc.).
• Provide support for Wi-Fi Access Points, Switches, and Firewall setups under guidance.
• Monitor and support printer configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to and resolve user IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs or IT-related procurements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN concepts, printers, and system troubleshooting is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly and take initiative.
