IT INFRASTRUCTURE Full Time

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Infrastructure Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and high availability of services.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot server and network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
• Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues; assist users with technical queries and problems.
• Network Management: Assist in the setup and management of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls) to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
• Backup and Recovery: Manage backup processes and disaster recovery plans to protect data integrity.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrade existing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
