IT Liaison / Support & QA Coordinator with project management Full Time NEW

Minimum Qualifications

– Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, QA testing, or technical operations
– Basic understanding of software systems, web applications, or technical troubleshooting
– Strong written English communication skills
– Ability to clearly document and communicate issues to developers
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
– Ability to manage multiple support requests
– Comfortable working night shift hours aligned with US operations

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

– Perform QA testing on software updates and system changes
– Identify bugs, usability issues, or performance concerns
– Document and report issues clearly to the development team
– Verify that previously reported issues have been resolved
– Assist with testing new features prior to deployment

Technical Support & Communication

– Monitor and respond to support emails and support tickets
– Provide first-level troubleshooting assistance when possible
– Escalate technical issues to the development team when necessary
– Maintain documentation of reported issues and resolutions
– Ensure support requests are tracked through to completion
