We are looking for a proactive and versatile IT & Maintenance Executive to ensure our office infrastructure, IT systems, and facilities run seamlessly.

Job Summary

The IT & Maintenance Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day IT support, network maintenance, and the overall upkeep of the office facility. This role requires a hybrid skillset, bridging technical IT troubleshooting with facility maintenance and vendor management to ensure maximum uptime and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

IT & Network Support:

Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain office IT infrastructure (computers, servers, printers, network switches, and Wi-Fi access points).

Troubleshooting: Provide prompt technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and networking issues.

Systems Maintenance: Perform regular updates, backups, and security checks to ensure data integrity and network security.

User Management: Manage employee email accounts, software licenses, and user access protocols.

Facility Maintenance:

Preventive Maintenance: Coordinate routine checks and repairs for electrical installations, HVAC systems, and plumbing.

Asset Management: Maintain inventory of IT assets and facility equipment; manage procurement of maintenance supplies.

Vendor Management: Supervise external vendors for facility services (security, cleaning, repairs) to ensure compliance with company standards.

Safety & Compliance: Ensure the office complies with all local health and safety regulations.

Work Experience & knowledge

2–4 years of experience in a combined IT support and facility maintenance role.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking protocols (TCP/IP), and office hardware.

Proactive troubleshooting skills for both digital and physical infrastructure.

Excellent communication skills and vendor management abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
