About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven IT System Manager to manage and streamline the company s IT infrastructure, software ecosystem, assets, security, and cloud operations.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where the candidate will independently drive IT operations while coordinating with remote teams and vendors whenever required.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent spreadsheet and reporting skills, good communication abilities, and a proactive ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & System Management

• Manage and maintain company-wide IT systems and infrastructure
• Monitor overall system performance, uptime, and reliability
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across departments
• Handle system troubleshooting and technical issue resolution

Asset Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets
• Track allocation, usage, warranty, repairs, and lifecycle of devices
• Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding asset processes
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliation of assets

Software Management

• Manage software licenses, renewals, subscriptions, and compliance
• Maintain software inventory and usage tracking
• Coordinate software installations, upgrades, and access management
• Optimize software utilization and cost efficiency

GSuite / Google Workspace Administration

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies
• Handle email administration, access controls, and group management
• Monitor compliance, backups, and account security
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding activities

Cloud & Server Security

• Monitor cloud infrastructure and server environments
• Ensure system security, data protection, and backup processes
• Coordinate vulnerability checks and security best practices
• Manage access permissions and security protocols
• Handle firewall, antivirus, and endpoint security monitoring

Hardware Management

• Coordinate procurement and maintenance of hardware devices
• Manage laptops, desktops, networking equipment, and peripherals
• Ensure timely repairs and replacement management
• Maintain hardware health and performance records

Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare IT reports, dashboards, and operational trackers
• Maintain detailed documentation and SOPs
• Use spreadsheets extensively for analysis and reporting
• Track IT expenses, licenses, and utilization metrics

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Administration / IT Infrastructure / System Management
• Strong understanding of Google Workspace (GSuite) Administration
• Experience with cloud platforms and server management
• Good knowledge of IT security and data protection practices
• Strong asset and software management experience
• Excellent spreadsheet and data management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently with high ownership
• Comfortable coordinating with remote teams and vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup or fast-paced work environments
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and endpoint management
• Familiarity with automation tools and IT documentation systems
• Experience with IT audits and compliance processes
