We’re Hiring | IT / Non-IT Recruiter (US Staffing)

We’re expanding our team and looking for talented recruiters who can work with US clients and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Noida (Onsite)

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)

Experience: 2–5 Years (US Staffing Experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients
• Work on IT & Non-IT roles (Developers, QA, DevOps, Healthcare, Finance, etc.)
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Manage salary negotiation and offer process
• Work with W2, C2C, 1099 hiring

What We’re Looking For:

• Hands-on US staffing experience
• Knowledge of visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
