Job Responsibilities:
· Leads & drives translation of Company objectives into Procurement objectives for IT procurement category to ensure that sourcing group tasks & aims are articulated, understood & accepted by the team and the business.
· Understands & interprets the overall business direction & objectives and develops & aligns plans for the category to enable their achievement.
· Develops plans and systems & processes to optimize the utilization of resources for the category to successfully achieve business objectives. Work closely with procurement manager to understand the gaps and give quick solutions to tactical and strategic problems
Supplier Relationship Management
· Manage relationships and ways of working with key IT OEM/suppliers to align understanding & commitment with customer expectations
· Applies the right supplier relationship spectrum viz., Leverage, Preferred, Partnership or Strategic Alliance to satisfy business needs.
Team Collaboration
· Ensures close working with rest of procurement team that functional communication processes are in place to encourage the creation of an atmosphere that fosters seamless & timely flow of information and provides open access to information.
Systems & Processes:
· Identifies, implements & continuously improves systems & processes in line with the changing environment.
· Hands-on on ERP/Sap for processing (P2P) cycle.
Stakeholder Management:
· Work closely with relevant stakeholders on meeting their requirement within the stipulated timelines
Job Requirements:
:
BE/B. Tech/MBA/MCA
Minimum 4 years of relevant IT Procurement experience where he should have demonstrated strong commercial acumen. Must have handled large transactional volumes of IT Procurement
Functional Skills:
· Good IT Procurement knowledge (IT Hardware, Software, Security, Data Center, Services, Licences)
· Good knowledge of CAPEX/OPEX, O&M contracts
· RFX Process, Negotiations, Agreement & Contracts finalisation
· Complete Procure-2 Pay (P2P) knowledge.
· Vendor Relationship, Management, Vendor Compliances and Governance etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
