We are looking for an experienced Project manager/Technical Lead to help build and grow our software development company. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up the engineering team, conducting technical interviews, defining architecture, and delivering high-quality software products.
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: On Discussion (Based on Skills & Experience)
Responsibilities
- Build and lead the engineering team.
- Hire Full Stack Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps Engineers.
- Conduct technical interviews.
- Design software architecture.
- Manage code quality and development standards.
- Coordinate with management regarding project planning and execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time.
Required Skills
- Experience leading development teams.
- Strong knowledge of:
- React.js
- Node.js
- Next.js
- Java/Spring Boot
- Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Experience hiring and mentoring developers.
Preferred
- Experience building SaaS products, e-commerce apps, or mobile applications.
